Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets.

No groups of young adults under 25 permitted.

We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only. The gardens can differ in size and shape, the photos are a guide.

On public holidays there is no maid service.

The poolside snack bar operates seasonally.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is payable at reception.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 75 days prior to arrival – no cancellation fee.

Between 74 & 60 days prior to arrival – 50% of total stay will be charged.

Between 59 & 45 days prior to arrival – 75% of total stay will be charged.

Less than 45 days – 100% of total stay will be charged.

No show – 100% of total stay will be charged.
