There is also access to a balcony where there is a BBQ and an outdoor dining table with chairs. Here you can relax and also admire the garden.

The building is surrounded by landscaped gardens and beautifully maintained communal areas. There is also access to the balcony from the living areas where there is a table and chairs so you can relax and admire the gardens.

The Location:

This villa has access to the resort facilities that are by Xenia restaurant (only a few minutes walk away). Facilities include a Roman-style swimming pool for adults and children (free access), Xénia Restaurant, pool bar, mini market, and Aesthetic centre (subject to availability and appointment). The common areas are exclusive access to the owners and guests via a magnetic key. A temporary magnetic key will be at the Reception by Xenia. for a refundable fee. You can book the tennis court at reception (this also has an additional charge and is subject to availability).

Within a 10-minute walk, you can be at the beach, Praia do Garrão. Here are many famous beachside restaurants/bars including Julias, Izzys, Fins, and Marias.

With the beach, restaurants, and entertainment on your doorstep, this is a fabulous location.
