Apartment Colette is a lovely family holiday apartment for rental located in the popular Residences Condominium in Vilamoura. Surrounded by greenery and golf the development features a heated indoor communal pool as well as outdoor pools (large and a children's pool.

The Interior:

This lovely apartment is welcoming and bright. Upon entry, there is an open plan living area, with a lounge, dining area and well equipped kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms in total. There is a Master double room with an ensuite bathroom and there are also 2 twin bedrooms that share a shower room.

The Exterior:

The apartment is set in lovely communal gardens with a swimming pool and childrens playground. The property also has its own balcony and a dining table. At the Residences you can enjoy the peaceful outdoor swimming pools, a heated indoor pool, a gym, and children’s playground. There is also a reception for straightforward check‑in and an underground car park.

The Location:

Apartment Colette is in a popular area of Vilamoura. Just a 5-10 minute drive to the Marina with its cosmopolitan restaurants and amenities. The Marina is the focal point of Vilamoura, with an excellent variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. A few meters from the marina are beautiful white sandy beaches to the east and west. You can also enjoy the excellent bars and restaurants facing the sea. Also, just a short drive away is the extremely popular promenade of Quarteira right in front of the beach with lots of bars and restaurants. There are lots to explore within walking distance and many other restaurants, beaches, bars, and amenities within a few minutes drive. All in all, a great holiday rental location.

Booking Conditions

Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets / No groups of young adults under 23 permitted / We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only / On public holidays there is no maid service / AL -38893

The Service fee is charged by the manager in charge of the property to cover preparation/cleaning pre arrival. The charge is £182 (non refundable) and is to be paid with the balance of your holiday.

The Refundable Damages Deposit for this property is returned between 2 – 3 weeks after your return home, should no damage be reported by the property supplier. Any reported Damages are deducted accordingly.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 10 weeks: Loss of Deposit / Less than 10 weeks: No refund.
