Apartment Eve is a spacious 3-bedroom duplex holiday rental apartment on the 3rd floor that can accommodate up to 6 people. The beach and the Vilamoura marina are just 1 km away (20-25 minute walk). Great for families, this tastefully furnished apartment is spacious features furnished terraces that provide beautiful views and a tranquil environment.

The Interior:

This spacious 3-bedroom apartment has an open-plan design for the living area with a separate kitchen. The living area has a spacious lounge and dining area, and the kitchen is well equipped. The property has private terraces from the living area and one of the bedrooms.

There are 3 bedrooms in total, all doubles and one is with an ensuite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom.

The Exterior:

Along with the private terraces, there is a private rooftop terrace that boasts a jacuzzi. The apartment is located in a secure complex with a large communal swimming pool, mature gardens, and children’s play area.

The Location:

Apartment Eve is in a great spot in Vilamoura because of its close proximity to amenities. The marina is a short walk away and this is where all the action is with its cosmopolitan restaurants, bars and amenities. A few meters from the marina are beautiful white sandy beaches, with excellent bars and restaurants facing the sea. Also, close by away is the extremely popular promenade of Quarteira. Right in front of the beach with lots of bars and restaurants.
There are lots of places to explore and things to do within walking distance. Within a few minutes’ drive, there are many other restaurants, beaches, bars, and amenities.

Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets.

No groups of young adults under 23 permitted.

We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout, and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only.

On public holidays there is no maid service. Al/143312

The Service fee is charged by the manager in charge of the property to cover preparation / cleaning pre arrival. The charge is £50 and is to be paid with the balance of your holiday.

Charging of any personal or rental vehicle on the property is strictly prohibited. This includes electric cars, motorcycles, scooters, e-bikes, and any other battery-powered vehicles. Please only use local charging stations.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment for your holiday.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 8 weeks: Loss of deposit.

Less than 8 weeks: No refund.
