The apartment is open plan with a contemporary lounge and dining area, plus a bright, well-equipped kitchen. The living area opens up onto a large, private terrace giving the perfect setting for unforgettable sunsets.

Location:

Apartment Jacqueline at the Lakeside Village Resort in Quinta do Lago is a fantastic location, including a communal pool, children's pool, and tennis courts. The surrounding area is brimming with activities, complemented by Quinta do Lago, being close to the lake/water sports centre where you will also find popular spots including The Shack and Casa do Lago.

Catering for water sports enthusiasts of all ages, there is a fabulous choice of both lake and beach activities. Windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking, and rowing are available on the lake, as well as sailing and water skiing. Other sports from the beachside area of the lake include the Aquapark, parasailing, and jet-skiing, or if you want something more relaxing, why not try out a pedalo boat? Booking Conditions

Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets.

No groups of young adults under 25 permitted.

We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only.

On public holidays there is no maid service.

Bookings that fall in the winter sun category will have a mandatory charge for the utility bills. A meter reading is taken on your arrival day and then again on departure day. This is so the property manager can keep the cost of the property rental down; then only charge guests their utility usage rather than add a standard charge to the property rental price.

The booking fee is charged by the manager in charge of the property to cover administrative costs through the booking process (including the processing of guest data and tourist tax) pre and post holiday. The charge is £75 (non refundable) and is to be paid with the balance of your holiday.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment for your holiday.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit is non-refundable.

50 % of the stay is refunded for cancellations done prior than 57 – 69 days before arrival day.

25% of the stay is refunded for cancellations done prior than 43 – 56 days before arrival day.

The full amount is retained for cancelations within 42 days.
