Casa Atticus is a beautiful 3-bedroom villa with a private pool. Located in the very popular Dunas Douradas, which is nestled between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. An extremely popular area being within walking distance to the famous beachfront restaurants at ‘Praia do Garrão.’ And also, just a few minutes walk to the resort facilities including a large communal pool and also tennis courts.

The Interior:

The villa is set over 2 levels. On the ground floor, you will find a lovely, spacious lounge with patio doors leading outside. Also on this floor is a lovely fully equipped kitchen and also a spacious dining area.

Bedrooms:

There are 3 ensuite bedrooms in total. All are double bedrooms, with 2 on the first floor and one on the ground floor.

The Exterior:

Outside you will find a beautiful, manicured lawn and plenty of terrace around the pool. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers to relax on after a leisurely swim. Also on the terrace, there is a lounge area with a table and there is also a dining area too next to the built-in BBQ. Perfect for relaxing and entertaining afternoons.

The Location:

This villa has access to the resort facilities that are by Xenia restaurant (only a few minutes walk away). Facilities include a Roman-style swimming pool for adults and children (free access), Xénia Restaurant, pool bar, mini market, and Aesthetic centre (subject to availability and appointment). The common areas are exclusive access to the owners and guests via a magnetic key. A temporary magnetic key will be at the Reception by Xenia. for a refundable fee. You can book the tennis court at reception (this also has an additional charge and is subject to availability).

Within a 10-minute walk, you can be at the beach, Praia do Garrão. Here are many famous beachside restaurants/bars including Julias, Izzys, Fins, and also the popular Marias.

With the beach, restaurants, and entertainment on your doorstep, this is a fabulous location.

A few minutes drive away, there are lots of restaurants, bars, activities, and amenities to choose from. All in all, a great location.
