Casa Avery close to Almancil. It is between Almancil and the traditional town Loulé, this modern 3-bedroom townhouse is just a short drive to the beach and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. This is a lovely property finished to a high standard with a nice outdoor space.
The open-plan dining and lounge area is spacious, equipped with air conditioning, flat screen TV. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, it also has a table and chairs for small meals and also a laundry room. A sliding door allows natural light in the kitchen and provides direct access to the outside dining area, and the poolside terrace. Also on this floor is a WC.
There are 3 bedrooms in total, and all with ensuite. On the ground floor is an ensuite double room and the 1st floor is home to an ensuite double room and an ensuite twin room. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
The garden area is private and also enclosed making it safe for children. There is a ceramic floor surrounding the pool, plenty of sun loungers and outdoor seating to allow you to enjoy the sun and fresh air.
The pool is approx. 8 x 4 meters and with a depth of between 1 meter by the stairs and 2 meters at the deep end. Pool heating is available at an additional cost and is provided between March and October.
The outdoor dining area has a nice size table with comfortable chairs and is served by a charcoal BBQ. Overall, the outdoor is well presented and very private.
Casa Avery close to Almancil. We would recommend a car here, however, there are some lovely restaurants and shops within walking distance. There are some fabulous restaurants and beaches to explore. Close to Almancil and the historic town of Loule that is full of charm with cobbled streets and tradition. The town also has a fabulous market in the centre and some lovely restaurants. All in all a great central place to stay.
