You enter the property into a central hallway that leads to the well equipped kitchen and then on to open plan living. The living area is spacious and leads directly onto the Sunkissed and bright terrace.

The sleeping area is split into two separate suites. The master double ensuite is positioned on the seaward side of the apartment featuring direct access to the main terrace with beautiful views. There is also a twin room with an ensuite shower room.

The Exterior:

The poolside terrace is south facing and features relaxing lounge furniture, a BBQ and sun loungers. Soak in the sunshine and chill by the pool.

The Location:

From this property you can be at the beach and some fantastic beachside restaurants and bars. Also, just a 20-minute walk away is ‘the very well-known ‘Marias’ beachside restaurant.

The property is also close to the Boardwalk which goes from Quinta do Lago to Vale do Lobo, along the sand dunes and along the Ria Formosa (Nature Reserve). Along the boardwalk are some very popular restaurants where you can dine whilst taking in the beautiful scenery. A 20–25-minute walk along the beach will take you to The Praça, where you will find more of the best restaurants in the area, with a beachside spot. There are some fantastic bars here too and there is evening entertainment through the summer. With everything close by in Dunas Douradas, all in all, this property is in a fantastic location.
