This lovely and charming 3-bedroom villa is located in one of Vilamoura’ s most exclusive areas. The villa, set in lovely surroundings, is close to the old town, the beach, the Marina, Golf courses, and other sports facilities. A great choice for your family Vilamoura summer holiday.

The Interior:

This attractive villa consists of a spacious open-plan lounge and dining area complete with a fireplace. The lounge area also has access to the poolside terrace. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of natural light. There are 3 bedrooms in total, one is the ensuite Master bedroom and the remaining bedrooms are both twin rooms. The 2 twin rooms share a bathroom.

The Exterior:

The outside area has a beautiful garden with palm trees and terraces at the front and the rear of the property. The swimming pool is a great size at approx. 8 x 5 metres.

On the terraced area, there are plenty of sun loungers and seating, a BBQ area, and a dining area. This is a great property for family and friends to enjoy a memorable Vilamoura summer holiday.

The Location:

Casa Elsie is in a great spot in Vilamoura because of its peaceful location, and still in close proximity to amenities. The marina is a short drive away and this is where all the action is. With its cosmopolitan restaurants, bars, and amenities the Marina is a popular choice to visit. A few meters from the marina are beautiful white sandy beaches, with excellent bars and restaurants facing the sea. Also, close by away is the extremely popular promenade of Quarteira. Right in front of the beach with lots of bars and restaurants.

There are lots of places to explore and things to do within walking distance. Within a few minutes’ drive, there are lots of other restaurants, beaches, bars, and amenities.
