The Interior:

This lovely townhouse is furnished in contemporary décor and comprises an entrance hall, spacious open-plan lounge / dining room, kitchen, courtyard and 3 bedrooms. The lounge area has a feature fireplace and patio doors leading onto the poolside terrace. There is a fully fitted & well-equipped kitchen and a courtyard. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, both are doubles. Both bedrooms share separate bathroom with a bath plus a shower over ther bath .

The third bedroom is situated on the 1^st floor. This is the master ensuite bedroom with a bath plus a shower over ther bath. The bedroom leads onto a lovely relaxing terrace.

The Exterior:

The exterior has a lovely private pool (that is also surrounded by a tiled terrace. The terrace is equipped with sun loungers and a dining table. The perfect spot for an alfresco BBQ on those warm summer afternoons! Pool heating is available for an additional weekly supplement.

The Location:

Casa Fatima is situated close to the tennis centre for those of you who fancy a hit! The beach and amenities are also within walking distance, including golf, mini-golf, tennis, restaurants, and with also bars. The ever-popular Praça, which is also home to some fabulous eateries and nightlife, is a 20-minute walk and Praia do Garrão where you will find the famous beachside bars/restaurants in just a 25-minute walk. All in all, a great location for tennis enthusiasts.

Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets / No groups of young adults under 25 permitted / We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only / On public holidays there is no maid service.

Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. If the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder this may mean the pool heating won’t be as effective. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water and it will generally only stay a few degrees above the outside temperature.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment for your holiday.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made more than 70 days prior to departure, only the deposit will be retained. / Between 56 – 69 days prior to departure, 50% of your holiday cost will be retained. / Between 48 – 55 days prior to your departure, 75% of your holiday cost will be retained. / Between 15 – 47 days prior to departure, 95% of your holiday cost will be retained. / Between 0 – 14 days prior to departure, 100% of your holiday cost is forfeited.
