The Interior:

The villa is set over two floors and consists of an open-plan lounge/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 ensuite bedrooms, a laundry, WC, and also a games area. The lounge and dining area also have patio doors giving access to the poolside terrace.

3 of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor. All these rooms are twin bedrooms (two have twin beds together and one with separate twin beds).

The first floor is home to the master bedroom only, therefore giving lots of privacy. This room is a double with a separate closet and the bathroom is complete with a jacuzzi bath and a large shower unit.

All the bedrooms have a balcony and also have TVs.

The Exterior:

The outdoor area has a beautiful garden with lovely, manicured lawns, plants, and pine trees. There is also a ceramic gas barbecue, an outside shower, sun loungers, and also a dining table. Great for enjoying al fresco meals.

The swimming pool measures approximately 9 m x 5 m and can be heated upon request for an extra charge.

The Location:

Located in a quiet area and much sought-after area of Vilamoura. Also, just a 5-minute drive to the Marina with its cosmopolitan restaurants and amenities. The Marina is the focal point of the Vilamoura resort and has an excellent variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. A few meters from the marina there are beautiful white sandy beaches stretching from the east to the west. On the beachfront, there are excellent bars and restaurants with stunning ocean views.

Also, just a short drive away is the extremely popular promenade of Quarteira right in front of the beach with lots of bars and restaurants for you to try too. There are lots to explore within walking distance and there are lots of other places to see too within a short drive. Including restaurants, beaches, bars, day trips, water parks, Zoo Marine and other towns such as Loule and Vale do Lobo.
