Located in the Montechoro area of Albufeira this fabulous holiday rental is close to restaurants and also attractions such as Praia da Oura beach, which is 2 km away and the supermarket which is just 2 km away. Close to restaurants, bars, activities, a large shopping centre and also other amenities. Also, just a short drive to the beach. All in all, this is a fabulous location.
The Interior:
The living area consists of an open-plan lounge/dining area that has access to the outdoor patio area. There is also a well-equipped kitchen, a WC and an ensuite bath and shower with a twin bedroom, plus an additional bathroom also on the ground floor.
The remaining 3 bedrooms are on the 1st floor and 2 of these are twin beds with ensuite one with a shower and the other with a bath and shower. 3 bedroom is a trundle bed.
The lower floor has a sitting area with a pool table and a table tennis.

Property Rules
Strictly no smoking and no pets / No groups of young adults under 23 permitted / We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout, and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only / On public holidays there is no maid service / AL -47504. The Refundable Damages Deposit for this property is returned between 2 – 3 weeks after your return home, should no damage be reported by the property supplier. Any reported Damages are deducted accordingly.
The villas are given a thorough maid service prior to your arrival. During your stay, if you are scheduled to have a maid service, generally, their duties are to wipe down the kitchens and bathrooms, plus sweep/vacuum the floors. They are not able to do washing up, loading/unloading the dishwasher, laundry, ironing, or requests. So, they can do their job efficiently please ensure surfaces are clear. If a towel change is scheduled, this only means the bath and hand towels and not pool towels if provided.
Extra maid service is sometimes available for an extra fee.
The local council charges a mandatory tourist tax in this location as follows:
5 night stay 01 April to 31 October = €10 per person 13 years old and over
6 night stay 01 April to 31 October = €12 per person 13 years old and over
7 night stay or more 01 April to 31 October = €14 per person 13 years old and over
There is no charge between 01 November and 31 March. Payment is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment.
Cancellation Policy
Up to 10 weeks: Loss of Deposit / Less than 10 weeks: No refund.
