Fully refurbished in 2021 this townhouse is stylish and modern. Set over 2 floors the ground level consists of a contemporary fully fitted kitchen, a lounge/dining area, a WC, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom.

The first floor is where you will find the spacious ensuite Master bedroom that has its own private terrace.

The Exterior:

The property has a private terrace with sun loungers and a dining area complete with a BBQ for those summer evening BBQs!

There is also a lovely pool which is perfect for cooling down in the hot summer afternoons. The pool can also be heated for an extra charge.

The Location:

The 5-star Lakeside Village Resort is in a fantastic location in Quinta do Lago being close to the lake/water sports centre where you will also find popular spots including The Shack and Casa do Lago.

Catering for water sports enthusiasts of all ages, there is a fabulous choice of both lake and beach activities. Windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking, and rowing are available on the lake, as well as sailing and water skiing. Other sports from the beachside area of the lake include the Aquapark, parasailing, and jet-skiing, or if you want something more relaxing why not try out a pedalo boat?
