The Interior:

A lovely and also welcoming 3-bedroom townhouse. Casa Laurel is in a prime location and is the perfect choice for a family holiday. Set on two levels, the ground floor consists of a modern and spacious lounge, a lovely dining area, a WC, a fully equipped kitchen, and also 2 bedrooms (can be made up as doubles or twins). Both bedrooms have separate shower rooms. The beautiful master bedroom is located on the 1st floor and is also complemented by a fabulous private terrace. The terrace has a comfortable seating area making it perfect for relaxing with a cool drink.

The apartment is also equipped with Lazer TV which has lots of UK channels (including sports).

The Exterior:

A lovely private pool (approx. 5 x 3.5 metres) that has ample space for sun loungers. Also outside there’s a lovely dining area, perfect for an alfresco gas BBQ on those sizzling summer evenings!

Location:

Casa Laurel is in a perfect spot in Vale do Lobo if you wish to be close to the beach, restaurants, and amenities.

The apartment is next to the tennis centre. Also within walking distance is the beach and amenities, including golf, mini-golf, restaurants, and bars. The ever-popular Praça is also close. This is home to some fabulous eateries (including the very popular Sandbanks which overlooks the ocean), bars and nightlife. The property is also just a 20 – 25-minute walk to Praia do Garrão where you will find the famous beachside bars/restaurants including Julia’s and Izzy’s.

All in all a great location.

Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets.

No groups of young adults under 25 permitted.

We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only.

On public holidays there is no maid service.

The booking fee is charged by the manager in charge of the property to cover administrative costs through the booking process (including the processing of guest data and tourist tax) pre and post holiday. The charge is £100 (non refundable) and is to be paid with the balance of your holiday.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment for your holiday.

Bookings that fall in the winter sun category will have a mandatory charge for the utility bills. A meter reading is taken on your arrival day and then again on departure day. This is so the property manager can keep the cost of the property rental down; then only charge guests their utility usage rather than add a standard charge to the property rental price.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit is non-refundable.

50 % of the stay is refunded for cancellations done prior than 57 – 69 days before arrival day.

25% of the stay is refunded for cancellations done prior than 43 – 56 days before arrival day.

The full amount is retained for cancelations within 42 days.
