A lovely 3-bedroom villa located in the very popular Dunas Douradas, which is nestled in between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. With full access to the resort facilities (located by Xenia restaurant).

The Interior:

The villa is also set over 3 levels – one level with the entrance, one level with the poolside terrace, and the 1t floor. On the entrance level, you will find an airy lounge with a fireplace and patio doors leading outside. Also on the entrance level is a lovely fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area. Level with the pool there is another lounge that is again bright and airy with a fireplace. There are patio doors from this lounge onto the poolside terrace. Also on this level, there is a kitchenette.

There are 3 ensuite bedrooms in total. A twin and the Master are on the first floor and another twin room can be found on the ground floor.

The villa is equipped with Lazer TV which has also lots of UK channels (including sport), air conditioning.

The Exterior:

Outside you will find a beautiful, manicured garden with plenty of space for the children to play. The pool is surrounded by a terraced area and plenty of sun loungers where you can relax after a leisurely swim. Also on the terrace, there is a lovely lounge and dining area too. Perfect for relaxing and also entertaining afternoons with a BBQ.

The Location:

Located in the popular Dunas Douradas this villa has also access to the resort facilities that are by Xenia restaurant (only a few minutes’ walk away). Facilities include a Roman-style swimming pool for adults and children (free access), Xénia Restaurant, pool bar, mini market, and Aesthetic centre (subject to availability and appointment). The common areas are exclusive access to the owners and guests via a magnetic key. A temporary magnetic key is available at the Reception by Xenia for a refundable cost of €20 (refunded at the reception at the end of your stay). YOu can book the tennis court at reception (this has an additional charge and is subject to availability). All in all a great location.

Within a 20-minute walk, you can be at the beach and Marias beachside restaurant. A 20-minute walk away is ‘Julias’ beach, where you will find some fantastic beachside restaurants and bars. Within a few minutes’ drive, there are lots of other restaurants, bars, activities, and amenities for you to choose from.
