Property Rules
Strictly no smoking and no pets / No groups of young adults under 25 permitted / We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only /
On public holidays there is no maid service / Maid service is provided for stays of 7 nights or more /

From June to September the local council charge for parking near the property / Vale do Lobo. However, the owner will provide a complimentary parking permit valued at £200 so guests can park for free. Please be aware, that should you lose or damage the permit, a replacement will be needed at the expense of the guest for £200.
From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 14 days before arrival along with the refundable damages deposit.

Up to 8 weeks: Loss of Deposit / Less than 8 weeks: No refund.
