The Interior:

The open-plan dining and lounge area is spacious, equipped with air conditioning, flat screen TV with UK channels (BBC1-4, ITV, etc…), DVD player, several movies and a WII game console with some games. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a table and chairs, ideal for breakfast. By the kitchen is a laundry room. A sliding door allows natural light in the kitchen and provides direct access to the outside dining area, next to the pool.
There are 3 bedrooms in total, and all are ensuite. On the ground floor is an ensuite twin room and the 1st floor is home to two ensuite double rooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

The Exterior:

There is a lovely, manicured garden at the front of the property and at the rear a secure and private area. The terrace around the pool has plenty of sun loungers and outdoor seating to allow you to enjoy the sun and fresh air.
The pool is approx. 8 x 4 meters, with a depth of between 1 meter by the stairs and 2 meters at the deep end. Pool heating is available on request for an additional fee.
The outdoor dining area has a nice size table and comfortable chairs and is served by a charcoal BBQ.

The Location:

We would recommend a car here, however, it is walking distance to shops and restaurants. There are some fabulous restaurants and beaches to explore. Close to Almancil and the historic town of Loule that is full of charm with cobbled streets and tradition. The town also has a fabulous market in the centre and some lovely restaurants.
