The Interior:
The villa is set over 2 floors and gives a welcoming and family-friendly feel. The ground floor consists of an open-plan and spacious lounge/dining area that also has access to the poolside terrace. Also on this floor is the kitchen with pantry, 1 double (singles pushed together) bedroom and a twin bedroom. Both these bedrooms have adjacent bathrooms with showers and one with a bath.

Property Rules
Strictly no smoking and no pets / No groups of young adults under 23 permitted / We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The Refundable Damages Deposit for this property is returned between 2 – 3 weeks after your return home, should no damage be reported by the property supplier. Any reported Damages are deducted accordingly.
From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment.
Cancellation Policy
Up to 10 weeks: Loss of Deposit / Less than 10 weeks: No refund.
