The Villa is set over 2 levels and offers a bright living space with a fully equipped luxury kitchen and lounge area on the ground floor. The lounge also has a wood-burning fireplace and access to the outdoor terrace. Also, on the ground floor is one of the bedrooms which features a Super-king bed (which can be made as a twin room too) and sliding doors to the outside terrace. It has its own adjacent luxury walk-in shower room.

The Master bedroom is on the first floor and has a king-size bed ad ensuite shower room. You also have access to a private terrace too where you can relax with a morning coffee.

The Exterior:

Outside, the terrace has a modern tiled terrace surrounded by greenery giving extra privacy. There is also a lemon tree for those all-important Gin and tonics too! Around the pool, there are sun loungers, a dining area, a sofa area, and a traditional BBQ so you can enjoy the warm summer dining experience. Pool heating is available for an extra charge.

A fabulous feature is the roof terrace which has stunning views and is a great spot to relax. During the day you can sunbathe here and, in the evening take in the gorgeous Algarve sunset.

The villa is equipped with cable TV which has lots of UK channels, air conditioning, and a portable BOSE speaker.

The Location:

Within a 20-minute walk, you can be at the beach, Praia do Garrão. Here are many famous beachside restaurants/bars including Julias, Izzys, Fins, and also Marias.

With the beach, restaurants, and entertainment on your doorstep, this is a fabulous location.

Within a few minutes drive, you also have lots of restaurants, bars, activities, and amenities to choose from.
