The Interior:

Located on the ground floor, on one level, each apartment is finished to a high standard with modern furnishings and a bright, welcoming feel. While individual décor may vary slightly, all apartments offer the same high level of comfort and quality shown in the photographs.

A spacious open-plan lounge and dining area.
A fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a self-catering holiday.

Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets.

No groups of young adults under 25 permitted.

We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only.

On public holidays there is no maid service.

The poolside snack bar operates seasonally.

Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. This pool doesn’t have a pool cover which will affect maintaining the heat in the pool, especially if the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water and it will be only stay a few degrees above the outside temperature.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is payable at reception.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 75 days prior to arrival – no cancellation fee.

Between 74 & 60 days prior to arrival – 50% of total stay will be charged.

Between 59 & 45 days prior to arrival – 75% of total stay will be charged.

Less than 45 days – 100% of total stay will be charged.

No show – 100% of total stay will be charged.
