Located on a small private estate overlooking the Praia Grande beach. This charming villa offers stunning sea views, from the large furnished terrace which is the perfect place to watch the sunset with a glass of wine. Formerly a beekeeper’s cottage, the house has been completely refurbished into a modern beach-style villa. Well-equipped, with beach-chic interiors, the property is decorated in neutral colours throughout, with also fun pops of colour.

The Interior:

The open-plan lounge/dining area and kitchen lead out to the outside terrace through glass doors. The lounge has a lovely fireplace, and the property also has air conditioning for hot summer days. The open-plan, bright kitchen is well equipped with every budding chef’s needs. The kitchen has been done to a very high standard and the light from the open-plan floor sweeps through this room. You have a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, filter coffee machine, toaster, blender and also much more. Wi-Fi is suitable for emails and browsing only.

You will find 3 bedrooms in this villa. You have one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. All bedrooms are bright, spacious and very airy and all are ensuite. The double bedroom has a large ensuite with a step-in shower. The second bedroom, the first of the two twin bedrooms, has a large step-in shower. The third bedroom has a shower room. All shower rooms are finished to a high standard. Air Conditioning in the bedrooms only.

The villa also has a utility room.

The Exterior:

The gardens lead down to the private pool which is approx. 10×4 metres (0,8 to 1,2 metres deep) with Roman steps. There is a lovely patio area and a covered dining area with a BBQ that is perfect for alfresco dining. A little further through the gardens, a short stroll takes you to the beach, accessed by a gate.

Note: There are some unprotected drops from various terraces and around the swimming pool – young children need to be supervised at all times.

Please be aware – located 500m away over the water is the Praia da Rocha Marina. During summer months, this Marina can produce a volume of noise.

The Location:

The small fishing village of Ferragudo is a charming village with small whitewashed houses nestling together in the bright sunshine. There are several simple but very good restaurants here and beautiful beaches to explore and enjoy.  All in all, a lovely location.

Within a few minutes drive, you also have lots of other restaurants, bars, activities, and amenities to choose from.
