A spacious villa located next to the Pinhal Golf, this 5 bedroom holiday rental villa is close to the marina and amenities on Vilamoura. Enjoy sunbathing on the loungers around the pool and take in the view across the golf course. Just a 20 minutes walk away from the bustling Vilamoura marina.

The Interior:

The living area consists of a lounge and also a sitting area overlooking the poolside terrace and gardens. There is a dining and a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast table too. The living areas all have access to the pool side terrace.

In total, there are 5 bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is an ensuite Twin room, with a separate area with a single bed.

3 more bedrooms can be found on the 1^st floor. One has a King size bed and has an ensuite bathroom. Also on this floor are 2 twin bedrooms that share a bathroom.

The 5^th bedroom can be found on the lower floor and this is a twin with an ensuite shower room.

The Exterior:

Outside you will find a large garden with a private pool, leisure areas, a swing and several ideal spots to enjoy the Algarve sun. The outdoor area also includes a gas barbecue, an outdoor dining table, relaxing lounge areas and a shower.

The Location:

Only a 20-minute walk to the Marina with its cosmopolitan restaurants and amenities. The Marina is the focal point of Vilamoura, with an excellent variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. A few meters from the marina are beautiful white sandy beaches to the east and west. You can also enjoy the excellent bars and restaurants facing the sea. Also, just a 25 minute walk away is the extremely popular promenade of Quarteira right in front of the beach with lots of bars and restaurants. There are lots to explore within walking distance and many other restaurants, beaches, bars, and amenities within a few minutes drive. All in all, a great holiday rental location.

Booking Conditions

Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets / No groups of young adults under 23 permitted / We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only / On public holidays there is no maid service / AL -52654

The Service fee is charged by the manager in charge of the property to cover preparation/cleaning pre arrival. The charge is £265 (non refundable) and is to be paid with the balance of your holiday.

The Refundable Damages Deposit for this property is returned between 2 – 3 weeks after your return home, should no damage be reported by the property supplier. Any reported Damages are deducted accordingly.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 10 weeks: Loss of Deposit / Less than 10 weeks: No refund.
