Villa Amelia Vilamoura is a 5-bedroom villa is in a great location in the heart of Vilamoura and just a 15-minute walk to the Marina. The villa also overlooks the beautiful Pinhal golf course and is close to amenities, including bars, restaurants and shops.

The Interior:

The ground floor of the villa features a circular lounge area, a dining area, a fully fitted kitchen and a laundry room. From the dining area there is access to a shaded balcony that has views over to the golf course and here there are also stairs down to the poolside terrace. Also on the ground floor are 3 twin bedrooms, one of which is an ensuite with a full bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom.
The first floor is home to the remaining 2 bedrooms. One is a twin with an ensuite full bathroom and the other is also a twin with an ensuite shower room. Both of these bedrooms have access to a large upper terrace that has stunning views of the golf course and on towards the sea.

The Exterior:

Outside there is a large terrace and swimming pool that is approx. 9 x 4 metres. On the terraced area are plenty of sun loungers and a BBQ with a dining area. This is a great property for family and friends to enjoy a memorable Vilamoura summer holiday.

The Location:

Villa Amelia is in a great spot in Vilamoura because of its peaceful location, and close proximity to amenities. The marina is a short walk away and is where all the action is with its cosmopolitan restaurants, bars and amenities. The Marina is the focal point of Vilamoura, with an excellent variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. A few meters from the marina are beautiful white sandy beaches, with excellent bars and restaurants facing the sea. Also, close by away is the extremely popular promenade of Quarteira. Right in front of the beach with lots of bars and restaurants.
There are lots of places to explore and things to do within walking distance. Within a few minutes’ drive, there are lots of other restaurants, beaches, bars, and amenities. All in all, a great location.
