Villa Ametrine, Estói

Villa Ametrine is situated on an elevated position, totally private and with miles of magnificent views of the coast. The property is also spacious and very comfortable for a relaxing holiday.

The Interior:

The living area is spacious and open-plan giving you a welcoming feel. There is also a fireplace for colder seasons, WIFI and TV with English channels (BBC, ITV, etc…) and last but not least, a pool table. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and kitchenware, including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and coffeemaker among others. Just next door is the charcoal BBQ to prepare some healthy grills.
It total there are 4 bedrooms. There is an ensuite double on the 1st floor, a double, and a twin room. Also on this floor is a bathroom shared by the 2 bedrooms.
The ground floor is a twin room and there is a bathroom also on this floor. Villa Ametrine is able to accommodate 10 people as there are 2 sofa beds available should they be required.
All the bedrooms have air conditioning except the ground floor which has a fan.

The Exterior:

Set in a stunning location the villa is surrounded by green hills, total tranquillity, and has magnificent views of the coast. The location is also good for those who value their privacy but still want to be within a 10-minute car journey to most amenities. The pool is a good size at approx. 10 x 5 meters with depths of 1.2 to 2.6 meters. Pool heating can be requested for an additional fee. The pool and surrounding areas have plenty of sun loungers for everyone and outdoor furniture spread around the terraces of the villa. All in all, great location for those wanting privacy.

The Location:

We would recommend a car here, however, within a short drive, you will find everything you need. There are some fabulous restaurants and also beaches to explore. Close to the traditional town of Estoi and to the historic town of Olhao that is full of charm with cobbled streets and tradition. The town also has a fabulous market in the centre and some lovely restaurants.
