A lovely welcoming villa holiday rental located in a quiet Cul de Sac in the very popular Dunas Douradas, between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms and a large inviting pool.

The Interior:

Villa Amora has been built on one level and has a large rooftop terrace. The property is beautifully decorated with an open-plan setting, comprising a lounge, a dining area, a kitchen, utility room and WC. The living area also has direct access to the poolside terrace. There are 4 ensuite bedrooms in total, 2 are doubles with ensuite bathrooms and the other 2 bedrooms are twins with ensuite shower rooms. Both the twin rooms can be made into doubles.

The Exterior:

Upstairs is a large rooftop terrace which is the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine and a book. The poolside terrace has a large inviting pool that is approx. 10 x 5 metres. The terrace around the pool is surrounded by plenty of sun loungers to relax on after a leisurely swim. Also on the terrace, there is a lovely lounge area, and a dining area with a BBQ / kitchen area.

The Location:

This villa rental has access to the resort facilities that are by Lobos restaurant (only a few minutes walk away). Facilities include a Roman-style swimming pool for adults and children (free access), Lobos Restaurant, pool bar, mini market, and Aesthetic center (subject to availability and appointment). You can book the tennis court at reception. (this has an additional charge and is subject to availability).

Within a 15-minute walk, you can be at the beach and Maria's beachside restaurant. A 20-minute walk away is ‘Julias’ beach, where you will find some fantastic beachside restaurants and bars. Within a few minute's drive, there are lots of other restaurants, bars, activities, and amenities for you to choose from. All in all a great location.

Booking Conditions

Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets.

No groups of young adults under 25 permitted.

Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. If the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder this may mean the pool heating won’t be as effective. Please use the pool cover to help maintain heat. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water and it will be only stay a few degrees above the outside temperature.

We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout, and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only.

On public holidays there is no maid service.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment for your holiday.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made more than 70 days prior to departure, only the deposit will be retained.

Between 56 – 69 days prior to departure, 50% of your holiday cost will be retained.

Between 48 – 55 days prior to your departure, 75% of your holiday cost will be retained.

Between 15 – 47 days prior to departure, 95% of your holiday cost will be retained.

Between 0 – 14 days prior to departure, 100% of your holiday cost is forfeited.
