On the ground floor, there is the entrance hall, a large and spacious living area, and a fully equipped kitchen that connects to the dining area.
There are 4 bedrooms with full ensuite bathrooms in total. 3 of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, 2 are ensuite doubles and the other is an ensuite twin. The first floor is where you will find the spacious master bedroom that also has a large private courtyard with stunning views. From here there is also access to a rooftop terrace with panoramic views.
Downstairs, for an additional fee, you can enjoy a large basement that offers the perfect getaway for young people or families traveling with babysitters and young children. With its own 2nd fully equipped kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms and a shared bathroom, it is completely self-contained. There is one twin bedroom and another that has a single bed and bunk beds. With this extra space, the villa can accommodate 13 people (10 adults and 3 children).

The Exterior:

The property is beautifully maintained gardens and an inviting pool (approx. 9 x 5 metres). The pool is surrounded by mature gardens and a terrace complete with sun loungers. There is also a covered terraced area with a dining table, and also a lounge area making it perfect for outdoor living. Under the covered terrace, there is also a BBQ so you can enjoy alfresco meals with family and friends.

The Location:

The Quinta do Lago beach is only a 10-minute walk from the villa which is home to Gigi’s beachside restaurant. Also, you are just a short walk away from popular spots such as Bovino, Casa do Lago, and The Shack at the Lake.

Catering for water sports enthusiasts of all ages, there is a fabulous choice of both lake and beach activities. Windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking, and rowing are available on the lake, as well as sailing and water skiing.
