The Interior:

Entry to this villa is up a few steps leading you into a welcoming and homely living area. The ground floor consists of a fully fitted and spacious kitchen, a lounge, and a dining room. Also on this floor is a double bedroom and also a bathroom.

The first floor is where you will find the remaining bedrooms, including the ensuite master. The other two bedrooms are also ensuite twin rooms.

The Exterior:

Outside there is a terraced area that overlooks the pool and garden. There are plenty of sun loungers and an also covered area to relax and keep cool on those warm BBQ evenings. The swimming pool is approx. 7 x 3 metres and very inviting when you wish to take a cool dip.

This is a fabulous property for family and friends wishing for a memorable Vilamoura holiday.

The Location:

Villa Arlette is in a great spot in Vilamoura old town because of its peaceful location, and close proximity to amenities. The marina is a short drive away and is where all the action is with its cosmopolitan restaurants, bars, and amenities. The Marina is the focal point of Vilamoura, with an excellent variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. A few meters from the marina are beautiful white sandy beaches, with excellent bars and restaurants facing the sea. Also, close by away is the extremely popular promenade of Quarteira. Right in front of the beach with lots of bars and restaurants.

There are lots of places to explore and things to do within walking distance. Within a few minutes’ drive, there are lots of other restaurants, beaches, bars, and amenities. All in all, a great location.
