The Interior:

Villa Carmen is perfect for a group of family and friends looking for a spacious property. Set over 2 levels, the ground floor comprises a fully fitted kitchen and an open-plan lounge/dining area with access to the terrace and pool. The Villa has also air-conditioning throughout. The pool can also be heated at an extra cost.

Master bedroom with a super king-sized bed and a large ensuite bathroom plus a walk-in wardrobe and patio doors to the terrace.

Double bed that can also be changed to twin beds with full ensuite bathroom.

Study room which also has a sofa bed.

Lower ground

Twin beds with a single slide-out mattress can sleep 3, with an ensuite bathroom.

2 sets of bunk beds with ensuite bathroom.

Twin beds that can also be made up as a double, bedroom can be used as a daytime den for children with an ensuite bathroom.

The Exterior:

Villa Carmen is a spacious 6-bedroom villa that has been built on a large plot of over 2200 sq. metres which is perfect for the children to play. The pool is a great size at approx. 11 x 5 metres and is surrounded by a terraced area with sun loungers (the pool can be heated at an extra cost). There is a lovely lounge and dining area too with a BBQ to enjoy those entertaining al fresco afternoons. All in all, a great family villa.

The Location:

Within a 15-minute walk, you can also be at the beach and The Praça. The Praca is where you will find some of the best restaurants in the area, including Sandbanks, Monty’s, and Amore. There are some fantastic bars here too and evening entertainment throughout the summer. With the beach, restaurants, and entertainment on your doorstep, all in all, this is a fabulous location.

Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets / No groups of young adults under 25 permitted / We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only / On public holidays there is no maid service / Maid service is provided for stays of 7 nights or more / AL – 50370 /

Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. This pool doesn’t have a pool cover which will affect maintaining the heat in the pool, especially if the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water and it will be only stay a few degrees above the outside temperature.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 14 days before arrival along with the refundable damages deposit.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation 16 weeks or more before arrival, the deposit is refundable. If cancellation is less than 16 weeks prior to arrival no refund of the deposit is payable. If cancellation is less than 8 weeks prior to arrival no refund of full payment is payable.
