A beautiful and private 4-bedroom villa in a fabulous spot, located in Dunas Douradas. A very popular location and just a short 5-minute walk to ‘Marias’ beach or a nice stroll along the beach to Vale do Lobo.

The Interior:

The villa is stylishly furnished with a lovely, homely feel and warm terracotta tiles. The ground floor has a spacious open-plan lounge and dining area. There is also a bright and fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, plus a TV room too. Both the lounge and TV room have patio doors out onto the poolside terrace. One of the bedrooms can also be found on the ground floor as well as an adjacent shower room.

The remaining 3 bedrooms can be found on the first floor, all of which have ensuite bathrooms/shower rooms.

The villa is equipped with cable TV, a BBQ, and air conditioning throughout.

The Exterior:

Outside there is also a gorgeous, picturesque pool area with a decorative rocky feature around the pool (approx. 8 x 4 metres). Children should be supervised here, for safety and the waterfall is only decorative (not in use).

The pool can be heated for an extra charge. There are lovely, terraced areas too, including a lounge area and a covered dining area with a BBQ so you can enjoy the summer evenings dining alfresco! There are plenty of sun loungers too where you can relax and take in the peace and quiet. All whilst admiring the beautiful plants and flowers in the garden.

The villa also has access to the communal pool by Xenia restaurant which is only a few minutes walk away. There is also a bar/restaurant here and tennis courts which are available for an extra charge.

The Location:

Located in Dunas Douradas and within a few minutes walk you can be at the beach and Marias beachside restaurant. A 20–25-minute walk along the beach will take you to The Praça,

where you will find some of the best restaurants in the area, including Sandbanks, Monty’s, and Amore. There are some fantastic bars here too and there is also evening entertainment throughout the summer. With everything on your doorstep, this property’s location is outstanding. Also, just a 15–20-minute walk away is ‘Julias’ beach, and there are some fantastic beachside restaurants and bars.
