The Interior:

This lovely villa is set over 3 levels. On the ground floor, there is a spacious open-plan lounge and also dining area, with access to the poolside terrace. The kitchen is large and is also well equipped and modern. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom and a family bathroom.

The remaining bedrooms are found on the 1st floor, and all are ensuite. There is the Master bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms.

On the lower level is a pool table to keep everyone entertained.

The Exterior:

Outside is an inviting swimming pool surrounded by a terrace and also lovely gardens. The pool can be considered to be of normal size, approximately 8 by 5 meters with a sort of an L shape. It is 1 meter deep by the stairs and 2 meters by the deep end. There is also a covered dining area with a BBQ that is perfect for keeping you cool in the warm Algarve evenings. All in all, a great location.

The Location:

Villa Delta is in a much sought-after area of Vilamoura by the Old Town where there are some lovely local restaurants and also amenities. Just a 5-minute drive away (or 25-minute walk) is the Marina with its cosmopolitan restaurants and amenities. The Marina is the focal point of Vilamoura, with an excellent variety of restaurants, bars, and also shops. A few meters from the marina are beautiful white sandy beaches, with excellent bars and also restaurants facing the sea. Also, just a short drive away is the extremely popular promenade of Quarteira. Right in front of the beach with lots of bars and restaurants. A great choice for a Vilamoura family holiday
