Located off the 6th roundabout in the Parque Atlantico area of Quinta do Lago this spacious 5-bedroom property has large, landscaped gardens and is in a prime position. Just a short walk to the beach and the Lake, which has become a very popular spot with the water sports there, the boardwalk, and the restaurants. All in all, Villa Elder has all you need for a fabulous holiday with family and friends.

The Interior:

The entrance greets you with a grand double-curved staircase. The hallway leads you to the large open-plan living areas. There is a spacious lounge, a TV area, and two dining areas – one that seats 8 and one that seats 7. The 8-seater dining area is more formal and the other is in the kitchen area. The kitchen is also spacious and is well equipped for all your needs, including an extra fridge.

There are 5 bedrooms in total. On the ground floor are 3, one is an ensuite twin room with a dressing area and the others are both ensuite double rooms. There is also a trundle bed in one of the double rooms for an extra person. The twin room has an ensuite bath and shower as does one of the doubles. The other double room (with the trundle bed) has an ensuite shower room.

The remaining 2 bedrooms are found on the first floor. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed and a large ensuite with a bath and shower. The master room also has a dressing area and access to an outside balcony area. The other bedroom also has a king-size bed and a large ensuite with a bath and shower. This room also has a dressing area.

The Exterior:

Set in a large south-facing landscaped garden Villa Elder has a large pool surrounded by a beautiful terrace that has lounge furniture where you can sit and enjoy a cocktail or two! Play Table tennis plus there is also a gazebo that is perfect for alfresco drinks and a further terrace equipped with a dining table for 12. The dining area is in a handy spot adjacent to the kitchen and also the BBQ.

Villa Elder in Quinta do Lago is only a 20-25 minute walk from the Quinta do Lago beach which is home to Gigi’s beachside restaurant. Also, you are just a 15-20 minute walk away from popular spots such as Bovino, Casa do Lago, and The Shack at the Lake.

Catering for water sports enthusiasts of all ages, there is a fabulous choice of both lake and beach activities. Windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking, and rowing are available on the lake, as well as sailing and water skiing.
