The Interior:
Beautifully decorated in a contemporary and modern design this villa gives you a feeling of contentment. The lounge is bright and has direct access to an outdoor seating area that gives stunning views across the Algarve. There is WIFI, a sound system, TV with English spoken channels and air conditioning. The dining area is fresh and airy, perfect for a family dinner.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has access to an outdoor dining area that is very private and suitable for 10 people.
The villa has 5 bedrooms in total. In the main house, there are 4 and all are ensuite bedrooms. 3 have king size beds and the other has bunk beds.

Strictly no smoking and no pets.
No groups of young adults under 23 permitted.
We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only.
On public holidays there is no maid service.

Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. If the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder this may mean the pool heating won’t be as effective. In any case, we advise the use of the pool cover to help maximize the heat retention when the pool isn’t being used. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water and the temperature will not exceed 4 degrees higher than the outside temperature. This service is provided between April and October, however, if the weather (temperatures) is not adequate to provide this service it may be declined.
The villas are given a thorough maid service prior to your arrival. During your stay, if you are scheduled to have a maid service, generally, their duties are to wipe down the kitchens and bathrooms, plus sweep/vacuum the floors. They are not able to do washing up, loading/unloading the dishwasher, laundry, ironing, or requests. So they can do their job efficiently please ensure surfaces are clear. If a towel change is scheduled, this only means the bath and hand towels and not pool towels if provided.
Extra maid service is sometimes available for an extra fee.
The Refundable Damages Deposit for this property is returned between 2 – 3 weeks after your return home, should no damage be reported by the property supplier. Any reported Damages are deducted accordingly.
From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. The charge is €10.50 per person. The charge is for each person 13 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment.
Cancellation Policy
Up to 10 weeks: Loss of Deposit.
Less than 10 weeks: No refund.
