A Charming bright and spacious 3 bedroom Villa with also 2 bedroom guesthouse, set in a quiet neighbourhood in Fonte Santa, just outside Vilamoura and Vale do Lobo. This fabulous villa is just 15 minutes walk away from the nearest beach.

The Interior:

The villa is set all on one level and in the main house you will find a welcoming open plan, but cozy living area. There is a spacious lounge and dining area that also open up onto the outside terraces. There is also a well equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms here too.

The first bedroom is the Master with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom that has a bath and a separate shower. The second bedroom is also a double and has an ensuite shower room. Finally in the main house is the third bedroom that is a double with a separate adjoining shower room.

The guest house consists of a small kitchen, a shower room and 2 bedrooms. One is a double bedroom and the other is a twin.

The Exterior:

The exterior of the villa is beautifully done, with mature trees and manicured lawns contributing. There is also an inviting pool with a jacuzzi where you can relax and soak up the Algarve sunshine. For comfort there are plenty of sun loungers and a chilled lounge area for total relaxation.

There is also a fabulous covered area with an outdoor kitchen featuring a pizza oven and 2 sets of BBQ grills. There is also an ice machine and a large dining table to enjoy those afternoon BBQ’s. For the sporty ones in the family there is a table tennis to keep you occupied.

The Location:

Villa Francesca is located in Fonte Santa, between Vale do Lobo and Vilamoura. Fonte Santa is a peaceful development with properties built on large plots giving lots of privacy and outdoor living space.

Within a few minutes drive, there are lots of restaurants, bars, activities, and amenities to choose from. Including eateries at Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, Quarteira, and Vilamoura.

Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets / No groups of young adults under 23 are permitted and the lead person booking/staying at the villa must be over 23 / We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only / On public holidays there is no maid service / Maid service is provided for stays of 7 nights or more

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 14 days before arrival along with the refundable damages deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation up to 6 weeks before arrival: Loss of deposit / Cancellation less than 6 weeks to arrival: No refund.
