The Interior:

As you enter you will find yourself in a very bright and spacious entrance hall. On this ground floor, you will find the lounge, kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms, and also access to the pool area.

From the hallway and down some steps you enter the gorgeous lounge area. Here you will find a Flat screen TV equipped with Sky TV, DVD, CD Player, and sound bar. From this room and up a couple of steps there is the dining area. The dining table is a grand glass table with 8 dining chairs. Moving down to the lower floor level, here you will find a small bedroom with a double bed and access to a bathroom with a toilet and a high step-in shower. Please note, as this room is on the lower floor, it doesn’t have a window.

On the first floor is a decorated Master bedroom. This room has a king bed, fitted curtains, TV, CD, and DVD system, and also a large sun terrace with peaceful views overlooking the back of the villa and views. This master bedroom has an ensuite with a whirlpool bath, separate shower, twin basins, toilet, and also a bidet. All bedrooms are ensuite.

The Exterior:

Outside you are greeted by a 10x4m salt-watered pool (heating available for an extra fee) with lighting available in the evening… perfect for night-time alfresco dining! Poolside furniture comprises loungers, chairs, and parasol. At the side of the villa, there is a separate outdoor wooden dining area with seating for 12 and a gas BBQ.

Villa Hira at the back of the villa, you have also lovely long views of the rear green mature shrubs and trees which can be seen from the master bedroom terrace.

At the front, as you walk through the pedestrian gate, you will find fabulous Italianate pools with fountains and planting. All spectacularly lit.

This villa is located behind a working Watercress farm and machinery will be in use some times of the year.

The Location:

This 4-bedroom property in Quinta Verde is only a 15-minute walk to Quinta shopping where you will find some lovely boutiques, restaurants, and Bars. Popular restaurants/bars at Quinta Shopping include the Cheeky Pup and The Melting pot. Vale do Lobo beach and the Praça are also within a short drive too. The Praça is where you will find some of the best restaurants in the area, including Sandbanks, Monty’s, and Amore. There are some fantastic bars here too and also evening entertainment throughout the summer. With the beach, restaurants, and also entertainment on your doorstep, all in all, this is a fabulous location.
