Just a short stroll to Vale do Lobo beach and also the very popular ‘Praça’ this 4-bedroom holiday rental villa is perfectly located for those who want to be close to where it all happens!

Due to construction behind the villa, the villa has been discounted by around 15% for all bookings in 2026. These works are not currently in process and have been stopped since summer 2024, however, we have no indication they won't progress and/or if they will start again during 2026. Please note the local council doesn't permit building works during July & August. For more information and photos contact the team.

The Interior:

This beautiful villa is finished to the highest standard and has stylish, modern furnishings. Set over 2 levels the ground floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. Also on this floor is an open plan lounge/dining area which also has a fireplace, a WC, 2 bedrooms, and also a bathroom which services the 2 bedrooms. On the first floor is the beautiful ensuite master guest bedroom and also the main ensuite master bedroom. Three bedrooms are doubles and on is a twin.

The villa also has UK TV channels.

The sea view is from the first floor terrace and bedrooms.

The Exterior:

Outside you will find a lovely, terraced area with a dining area, a BBQ, and a plunge pool (approx. 6 x 3 metres). Around the pool, there are also sun loungers, perfect for soaking up the sun with a cool cocktail!

The Location:

Within a few minutes walk, you can be at the Vale do Lobo beach and also The Praça where you will find some of the best restaurants in the area, including Sandbanks, Monty’s, and Amore. There are some fantastic bars here too and evening entertainment throughout the summer. With the beach, restaurants, and entertainment on your doorstep, this is a fabulous location.

Booking Conditions

Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets.

No groups of young adults under 25 permitted.

We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only.

On public holidays there is no maid service.

Bookings that fall in the winter sun category will have a mandatory charge for the utility bills. A meter reading is taken on your arrival day and then again on departure day. This is so the property manager can keep the cost of the property rental down; then only charge guests their utility usage rather than add a standard charge to the property rental price.

The booking fee is charged by the manager in charge of the property to cover administrative costs through the booking process (including the processing of guest data and tourist tax) pre and post holiday. The charge is £125 (non refundable) and is to be paid with the balance of your holiday.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment for your holiday.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit is non-refundable.

50 % of the stay is refunded for cancellations done prior than 57 – 69 days before arrival day.

25% of the stay is refunded for cancellations done prior than 43 – 56 days before arrival day.

The full amount is retained for cancellations within 42 days.
