Villa Jacaranda

The Interior:

Villa Jacaranda offers spacious and comfortable accommodation across three levels, with plenty of room for families and groups of friends to relax and spend time together. Offering a traditional minimalist feel rather than modern comforts.

The is a living area with plenty of natural light flowing in from the garden and through the large windows and doors leading onto the outside terrace.

The dining room provides space for everyone to gather, with an extendable dining table seating up to 12 guests. A traditional wooden ceiling creates a warm atmosphere in the evening, while a large glass façade overlooking the interior garden allows plenty of natural light into the room.

The interior garden is a unique central feature of the villa, filled with a selection of tropical plants and creating a peaceful focal point between the living spaces.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a good range of appliances and equipment, together with a central island bench and hob. A separate pantry next to the kitchen provides additional storage space.

Villa Jacaranda has six bedrooms, five bathrooms and a separate WC.

On the ground floor, you'll find two en-suite bedrooms, both furnished with King-size beds.

The first floor has four further bedrooms, with two en-suite bedrooms furnished with King-size beds and two twin bedrooms. A family bathroom serves the twin bedrooms.

In total, the villa has six bedrooms:

• Two en-suite King-size bedrooms on the ground floor
• Two en-suite King-size bedrooms on the first floor
• Two twin bedrooms on the first floor, served by a family bathroom

All bedrooms benefit from air conditioning, with the exception of the basement bedroom, which has a fan.

The lower floor is also home to a games room, providing plenty of entertainment for the whole family including a pool table and table tennis table providing some friendly competition.

A separate laundry room on this level is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The Exterior:

Villa Jacaranda's large garden provides a peaceful and private setting for enjoying the Algarve sunshine.

The garden features a variety of plants and native trees, including pine trees which provide welcome shade during the warmer summer months.

The main swimming pool measures approximately 9 x 5 metres, with plenty of space for swimming and cooling off throughout the day. A smaller, shallow round pool is also available, making this a particularly useful feature for families travelling with younger children.

Sun loungers are positioned around the pool and can easily be moved between sunny and shaded areas, allowing everyone to find their ideal spot to relax.

A charcoal BBQ is positioned next to the dining area, making this an ideal setting for relaxed lunches, family dinners and long evenings together outdoors.

As part of the Encosta do Lago resort, guests can also enjoy access to a fantastic range of communal facilities, including tennis courts, a communal swimming pool, spa facilities, a pool bar and restaurant.
