Interior

Set across two floors, Villa Jennifer has been designed with comfort and relaxation in mind.

As you enter the villa, you'll find a bright and airy open-plan living and dining area, creating the perfect space to spend quality time together. Large patio doors open directly onto the pool terrace, allowing plenty of natural light to fill the room.

The fully equipped kitchen is modern, spacious and has everything you'll need to prepare anything from a light breakfast to a family feast.

Ground Floor

The ground floor offers three comfortable bedrooms:

One double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
One twin bedroom.
One additional double bedroom.

The twin and second double bedroom share a modern family shower room, making this layout ideal for families.

First Floor

The spacious master suite occupies the first floor, offering added privacy. This elegant double bedroom features an en-suite bathroom complete with both a whirlpool bath and separate shower—perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the Algarve.

Exterior

The outdoor space is designed for making the most of the Algarve sunshine.

The large, tiled terrace surrounds a generous 10m x 5m private swimming pool, complete with comfortable sun loungers for relaxing by the water.

There's also a covered outdoor lounge area, along with a shaded dining space and gas BBQ, making al fresco meals with family and friends effortless from morning until evening.

We recommend hiring a car to explore the area, although Uber is readily available if you prefer not to drive.

Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets.

No groups of young adults under 25 permitted.

We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only.

On public holidays there is no maid service.

Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. Please use the pool cover which will affect maintaining the heat in the pool, especially if the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water and it will be only stay a few degrees above the outside temperature.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 14 days before arrival along with the refundable damages deposit.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation 16 weeks or more before arrival, the deposit is refundable.

If cancellation is less than 16 weeks prior to arrival no refund of the deposit is payable.

If cancellation is less than 8 weeks prior to arrival no refund of full payment is payable.
