Villa Josephine in Santa de Nexe is a country-style villa that has 4 bedrooms, 3 in the main villa and one in a separate annex. Located near the picturesque village of Santa Bárbara de Nexe and close to the Estadio Algarve.
Just 10 – 15 minutes from Faro airport, the beach, and also just a few minutes to some lovely restaurants. Loule and the large Mar Shopping Centre are also a short drive away even though the villa is set in a quiet location.

The Interior:

Villa Josephine has a lovely bright lounge area and also a dining area for 4 too. During the winter months, there is also a fireplace available. There is also a fully equipped kitchen that also has a small breakfast table for 4. In the main villa, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One is the ensuite master double bedroom and there is also a further double and a twin room. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom.

The annex is newly renovated and can accommodate 2 adults and 2 small children. There is a kitchen area, a lounge area, a bathroom and a dining table for 4 people too. The lounge area is also equipped with a sofa bed for 2 children. The bedroom consists of a double bed. The annex also has a shaded terrace area with sea views.

All bedrooms and the lounges have air conditioning.

The Exterior:

The villa has a spectacular view over the Algarve coast from the top-floor terrace area. The villa is totally enclosed and offers lots of privacy. The swimming pool is approx. 10 meters long by 5 meters and surrounded by a terrace equipped with sun loungers. There is a shaded lounge area and dining area with 6 chairs, plus a charcoal and Gas BBQ for you to cook your al-fresco.

The Location:

We would recommend a car here staying at Villa Josephine in Santa Barbara de Nexe, however, within a short drive you will find everything you need. There are some fabulous restaurants and beaches to explore. Close to the traditional town of Santa Barbara de Nexe and to the historic town of Loule that is full of charm with cobbled streets and tradition. The town also has a fabulous market in the centre and some lovely restaurants. All in all, a great location.
