Villa Joy in Vale do Lobo is just a short stroll to Vale do Lobo beach and the very popular ‘Praça’. This beautiful 4-bedroom villa with stunning ocean views is located in one of the best positions in the resort. Set in an elevated position the villa has arguably the best views and within a few minutes, you can be at the beach. Perfect for those seeking a prime Vale do Lobo spot!

The Interior:

Set on two levels, on the ground floor you will find the kitchen, the dining area, the lounge, a courtyard and 2 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is a twin that can be prepared as a double and also a double bedroom. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom.

The kitchen is well-equipped and the modern open plan lounge and dining area opens onto the poolside terrace where the views are fabulous.

The remaining 2 bedrooms are on the 1^st floor, one is the Master double with an ensuite bathroom and the other is a twin with an ensuite shower room. Both have access to the large 1^st floor terrace.

The Exterior:

Outside you will find a beautiful, mature, and well-maintained garden. The gardens have mature shrubs, trees, and a lawn which helps you to relax whilst sunbathing. From the terrace, there are fabulous sea views and the most beautiful sunsets late afternoon.

The swimming pool is approx. 9 x 7 at the largest point and is also an overflow pool.

A built-in charcoal BBQ is also available as a covered area with a dining table and lounge furniture.

The Location:

Villa Joy is located in Vale do Lobo and is a few minutes walk from the beach and The Praça where you will find some of the best restaurants in the area. There are some fantastic bars here too and evening entertainment throughout the summer. With the beach, restaurants, and entertainment on your doorstep. All in all, this is a fabulous location.

Booking Conditions

Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets.

No groups of young adults under 25 permitted.

Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. If the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder this may mean the pool heating won’t be as effective. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water and it will be only stay a few degrees above the outside temperature.

We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout, and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only.

On public holidays there is no maid service.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment for your holiday.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made more than 70 days prior to departure, only the deposit will be retained.

Between 56 – 69 days prior to departure, 50% of your holiday cost will be retained.

Between 48 – 55 days prior to your departure, 75% of your holiday cost will be retained.

Between 15 – 47 days prior to departure, 95% of your holiday cost will be retained.

Between 0 – 14 days prior to departure, 100% of your holiday cost is forfeited.
