The Interior:

The villa gives a bright and airy feel with high ceilings in an open plan design. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area to seat 6 people, and an additional side table to seat 2 more people. The lounge has plenty of seating for the whole family, cable TV and a fireplace for cooler seasons. There is also a family bathroom on this floor.
The lower level has a snooker table and also a foosball to keep you all entertained.
The bedrooms can accommodate 10 people. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, 1 twin bedroom, another Twin bedroom with 2 drawers that can be used as a bed, and the master is double bed with an ensuite. The remaining bedroom is a mezzanine above the lounge with a double bed.

The Exterior:

The outdoor area of the villa is manicured all around and also has a small fishpond at the entrance.
The pool is approx. 10 x 5.5 meters wide and between 1 and 2 meters in depth. Pool heating can be requested for an additional cost.
The pool is spacious and allows you to relax while on the sun loungers or under the shade of the magnificent pergola that covers the outdoor dining area. There is a charcoal B.B.Q. with a washbasin and next to it a table for up to 10 people, which will allow you to enjoy al-fresco meals with all the comfort.
Next to the outdoor dining area, there is also a fire pit that becomes very useful on cooler days.

The Location:

Just 200 meters distance to the beach making it ideal for beach lovers. Also, a short walk to shops and restaurants. Within a few minutes’ drive you also have lots of other restaurants, bars, activities, and amenities to choose from. All in all, a great location.
