Set entirely on one level, Villa Kyla offers bright, contemporary accommodation designed with comfort and relaxation in mind.

The spacious living area features a comfortable lounge, providing the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the Algarve. Large patio doors open directly onto the pool terrace, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.

Adjacent to the lounge is a welcoming dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, making family meals and relaxed mornings effortless.

The villa offers three comfortable double bedrooms:

The spacious master bedroom features an en-suite shower room.
The second double bedroom also benefits from its own en-suite shower room.
The third double bedroom is served by a separate shower room.

With all bedrooms conveniently located on one level, Villa Kyla is an excellent choice for families and couples alike.

Step outside and enjoy the wonderful outdoor spaces designed for making the most of the Algarve sunshine.

The private pool terrace is accessed directly from the living area and offers plenty of space for relaxing on a sun lounger or enjoying a refreshing swim. The saltwater pool can be heated for an additional fee.

A covered outdoor dining area with a BBQ provides the perfect setting for long, leisurely lunches and al fresco dinners, while additional seating and dining areas around the villa offer peaceful spots to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink.

Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets / No groups of young adults under 25 permitted / We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only / On public holidays there is no maid service.

Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. If the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder this may mean the pool heating won’t be as effective. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water and it will be only stay a few degrees above the outside temperature.

Complementary Vale do Lobo Resort Card: The memberships run from January to the end of December. Renewal is at the discretion of the owner and even if you have booked the villa for the subsequent year, we cannot guarantee the villa will still be a resort member. Membership renewals are updated by the end of January. If you are wanting to use the cards, please do check with us around the end of January.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 14 days before arrival along with the refundable damages deposit.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made more than 70 days prior to departure, only the deposit will be retained. / Between 56 – 69 days prior to departure, 50% of your holiday cost will be retained. / Between 48 – 55 days prior to your departure, 75% of your holiday cost will be retained. / Between 15 – 47 days prior to departure, 95% of your holiday cost will be retained. / Between 0 – 14 days prior to departure, 100% of your holiday cost is forfeited.
