The Interior:

From the hallway, there is a wide doorway to a spacious living area. Here you will also find a small office area with an antique desk and chair, as well as the lounge area, and on the right-hand side of the living room, there is the dining area with a table and chairs for 8 people. There is also a nice small library with games and books. Both, the lounge and dining areas have big sliding doors to access the poolside terrace area. The dining room door has direct access to the covered dining area outside.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a breakfast area that has a table and benches for 4 people. In the kitchen, there is a laundry area as well as a washing machine.

There are 4 bedrooms in total in Villa Lyra. On the ground floor, you will find Bedroom 1 which is a twin bedroom. Climbing up the stairs to the first floor you will find the remaining 3 bedrooms. On the left, you have Bedroom 2, a twin bedroom with a balcony facing the pool area. Bedroom 3 is the Master suite which is also a twin room with a large balcony overlooking the pool and golf course. The back garden is all securely fenced And overlooks the Pinhal golf course on the 2nd hole drive.

The Location:

Villa Lyra Vilamoura is just a short drive to the Marina with its cosmopolitan restaurants and amenities. Also, just close to the Quarteira promenade/beach, which is home to some popular bars and restaurants. Just a short drive away is the extremely popular Vilamoura beach. There are lots to explore within walking distance and there are lots of other restaurants, beaches, bars, and amenities within a few minutes drive.
