This fabulous family villa has 5 bedrooms and is located one of Vilamoura’s most exclusive areas. The villa is set in lovely surroundings and is close to the old town, the beach, the Marina, Golf courses, and other sports facilities. A great choice for a fabulous family villa summer holiday.

The Interior:

The villa consists of a relaxing lounge and a separate TV room, both decorated in neutral tones and access to the outside. There is also a large and formal dining room equipped to seat 10 people and again this also has access to the outside. Also in the villa is a large fully fitted kitchen that also has a small dining area, perfect for the kids to have breakfast.
There are 5 bedrooms in total and 3 bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms are on the ground floor (one double and one twin). The other 3 are located on the 1st floor, two doubles and one twin room. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.

The Exterior:

The villa has a spacious and pleasant outdoor area with manicured lawns and a pool of approx. 9 x 4 meters. The deepest part of the pool is 1.80 meters and near the steps is 0.80 meters. Pool heating is available on request for an additional fee.
Around the pool are plenty of sun loungers for a well-deserved rest, perfect with a book and a cold drink.
There is a large dining table with a charcoal BBQ where you can enjoy al-fresco meals. This area is also covered to keep you cool in the afternoon sun. Also in this covered area is a lounge area where you can relax with family while watching the kids play.

There is a spacious terrace on the first floor with outdoor furniture that allows you to enjoy the magnificent view and appreciate the sunsets.

The Location:

Villa Magdalena is in a great spot in Vilamoura because of its peaceful location, and close proximity to amenities. The old village and the marina is a short drive away. The marina is where all the action is with its cosmopolitan restaurants, bars, and amenities. The Marina is the focal point of Vilamoura, with an excellent variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. A few meters from the marina are beautiful white sandy beaches, with excellent bars and restaurants facing the sea. Also, close by away is the extremely popular promenade of Quarteira. Right in front of the beach with lots of bars and restaurants.
There are lots of places to explore and things to do within walking distance. Within a few minutes’ drive, there are lots of other restaurants, beaches, bars, and amenities.
