Villa Nadia offers spacious and contemporary accommodation across three levels, providing plenty of room for families and groups of friends to relax, socialise and enjoy their time together. The villa combines elegant interiors with extensive living spaces and beautiful views across the lake and surrounding golf course.

The ground floor opens into an impressive double-height entrance hall, leading through to a formal reception room, comfortable living area and dining room. Large windows and doors allow plenty of natural light into the living spaces while creating a seamless connection with the terraces and garden beyond.

The dining room provides a stylish setting for enjoying meals together, while the bespoke kitchen is centred around a large island and is fully equipped for everything from relaxed breakfasts to evening meals with family and friends.

Villa Nadia has six bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, providing comfortable accommodation for larger families and groups.

On the ground floor, you'll find two en-suite bedrooms, providing convenient accommodation for guests who prefer easy access to the main living areas.

The first floor has two further bedrooms, including the impressive master suite. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and private terrace overlooking the swimming pool, lake and surrounding fairways, creating a peaceful space to enjoy a morning coffee or relax in the Algarve sunshine.

The lower ground floor is home to two additional bedrooms, providing flexible accommodation for larger groups. This level also offers a fantastic range of entertainment facilities, including a games room, media lounge, private bar and gym.

In total, the villa has six double bedrooms:

• Two en-suite bedrooms on the ground floor with shower rooms
• One en-suite master bedroom on the first floor with bath and separate shower, plus a private terrace
• One further en-suite bedroom on the first floor with a shower room
• Two bedrooms on the lower ground floor, both with shower rooms

The villa's lower ground floor provides an excellent space for entertaining, with a games room and media lounge offering plenty of options for relaxing indoors. A private bar creates the perfect setting for evening drinks, while the gym provides a convenient space for keeping active during your stay.

One of the highlights of Villa Nadia is the private rooftop terrace, featuring a jacuzzi, integrated bar and dedicated sun deck. With uninterrupted views across the lake and golf course, this is an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the Algarve sunshine.

Villa Nadia's beautifully landscaped grounds provide a spectacular setting for enjoying the Algarve sunshine, with the gardens extending naturally towards the lake.

The outdoor area features a private swimming pool and separate plunge pool, surrounded by generous sun terraces and manicured lawns. There is plenty of space for guests to relax, sunbathe and enjoy the villa's peaceful lakefront setting throughout the day.

A covered outdoor lounge with a built-in BBQ provides the perfect setting for alfresco dining, with plenty of space for relaxed lunches, family dinners and long evenings together outdoors.

The rooftop terrace adds another exceptional outdoor space, with a private jacuzzi, bar and sun deck overlooking the lake and surrounding Quinta do Lago golf course.

Villa Nadia's prime lakefront position also places guests close to the Quinta do Lago South Course, making it an excellent choice for golf holidays as well as family and group getaways.

The villa is within easy reach of some of Quinta do Lago's popular restaurants and leisure destinations. The beautiful sandy shores of Quinta do Lago Beach are also nearby, allowing guests to enjoy everything from relaxing beach days to golf, dining and water sports, all within the surrounding Quinta do Lago resort.
