Villa Nola, Vilamoura

Villa Nola is a beautiful contemporary property finished to a high standard. A spacious and luxurious setting with spectacular views over the Laguna golf course. Located just five minutes from the beach and Marina.

The Interior:

The villa is set on 2 floors. The ground floor consists of a beautifully furnished lounge and TV area. From the lounge, you have access to the poolside terrace giving fabulous views across to the golf course. There is a dining room also with access to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen is lovely and bright and has access to the laundry room. The kitchen also has access to the outside. Two of the bedrooms, both twins, are found on the ground floor too, one has an ensuite, and the other bedroom shares this bathroom.
The remaining 4 bedrooms are found on the first floor. Two of the bedrooms are double beds, both of which have amazing views over the Laguna golf course and swimming pool. The fifth bedroom is a twin bedroom, and the Master suite has a King bed (2 x 2m), TV, and DVD player which overlooks the Laguna golf course. All the first-floor bedrooms also have ensuites. Both bedrooms with double beds have ensuites with baths, the twin bedroom also has an ensuite with a bath and the Master suite has an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub.

The Exterior:

Outside there is a dining area, with a portable gas BBQ, a seating area, and a lounge area where the sun loungers are strategically placed so you can enjoy the beauty and quietness of your surroundings. There is also an infinity pool measuring 10 x 7.5 meters where you can also swim or simply relax. In the garden, you can enjoy a round of darts on the portable dart board or a family game of table tennis on the terrace.

The Location:

Villa Nola is in a highly sought-after area of Vilamoura. Just a 5-minute drive to the Marina (or a 25-minute walk) with its cosmopolitan restaurants and amenities. The Marina is the focal point of Vilamoura, with an excellent variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. A few meters from the marina are beautiful white sandy beaches to the east and west. You can also enjoy the excellent bars and restaurants facing the sea. Also, just a short drive away is the extremely popular promenade of Quarteira right in front of the beach with lots of bars and restaurants. There are lots to explore within walking distance and there are lots of other restaurants, beaches, bars, and amenities within a few minutes drive. All in all, a great holiday rental location.
