Located in the peaceful development of Quinta do Mar Villa Piper is an excellent 4-bedroom villa that has a south-facing pool, and also a short walk to the beach. The property is wheelchair friendly with a front elevator & full ground floor access including the pool deck.

The Interior:

The villa is beautifully furnished to a high standard and is spacious throughout. The ground floor comprises the entrance hall with an elegant stairway leading to the first floor. Through the entrance hall, there is a spacious lounge that opens out onto the pool deck, a formal dining room, and a fully fitted kitchen with a utility area. There is also a WC, a TV room/snug, and 2 ensuite twin bedrooms. One of the twin rooms has direct access to the outdoor pool terrace.
The first floor is home to the ensuite master bedroom that also has a private south-facing terrace and there is also a further ensuite double too.

The Exterior:

The outside features an artificial waterfall to provide the looks and the sounds of running water which is quite relaxing.
The pool is approx. 12 x 6 meters and has also an additional Jacuzzi fit for 4 persons or more. The pool also has an overflow system, and the depths vary from 0.75 meters by the stairs up to 2,20 meters by the deepest end. Pool heating is available for an additional charge. There are also ample sun loungers by the poolside and comfortable outdoor furniture under a shaded pergola to provide the conditions for a well-deserved rest. Under another shaded pergola by the kitchen and BBQ side is the outdoor dining table, with room for 10 persons to enjoy lovely al-fresco meals. To complete the picture there’s is also an outdoor table tennis table to keep our guests entertained.

The Location:

Villa Piper is located in the peaceful development of Quinta do Mar. Quinta do Mar is a peaceful development and is a 20-minute walk to Praia do Ancão (the well-known beach with the famous ‘2 Passos’ restaurant and the Bold Octopus). From here you can also access the Boardwalk which goes from Quinta do Lago to Vale do Lobo, along the sand dunes and passing some very popular restaurants. Along the route you can access The Shack, Casa do Lago, Gigi’s, 2 Passos, The Bold Octopus, and Julias to name a few.  Read more about the boardwalk HERE.

The area is surrounded by numerous golf courses and a beautiful nature reserve ‘Ria Formosa’. Quinta Shopping Centre and Vale do Lobo are also within a short drive as are some of the best restaurants in the area. With the beach, restaurants, and also entertainment in close proximity, all in all, this is a fabulous location.
