Spacious 4-bedroom villa near the Pinhal golf course and at just 30 minutes’ walk away from the marina and 20 minutes from the beach. All in all the villa has all the comforts of a family home, Wi-Fi, pool table, air conditioning throughout, a proportional pool, garden, plenty of outdoor furniture, and a nice charcoal BBQ.

The Interior:

The lounge area is decorated like a family home and also has ample interior space for up to 10 people. The TV is via cable with some English spoken channels and the internet is via WI-FI. 2 sliding doors provide access to the pool and garden. The kitchen is spacious and is well equipped with all the necessary appliances and kitchenware.
On the lower floor, there is a pool table and also a table football table for guests’ entertainment.
There are 4 bedrooms in total with one on the ground floor and the remaining three on the 1st floor. The one on the ground floor has a double bed and is also an ensuite. This bedroom has air conditioning and a shower room. On the first floor is a bedroom with a double bed. This bedroom shares a terrace and a bathroom with another bedroom (a twin room). The bathroom that serves these 2 bedrooms has a shower and the terrace overlooks the swimming pool and garden. The third bedroom is a twin and also has a private shower room.

The Exterior:

Among the many shrubs and mature trees, there are plenty of shaded areas to keep you cool in the summer heat. The lawn area is perfect for the children to play around freely and safely. Around the pool are plenty of sun loungers to relax while reading a book and having a cold drink. Pool heating on request for an additional fee. To enjoy outdoor dining there is a charcoal BBQ that is conveniently located next to the kitchen and to the outdoor dining table.
The Location:
Near to the Pinhal golf course. Only a 30-minute walk or short drive to the Marina with its cosmopolitan restaurants and amenities. Also, just a 20-minute walk away is the Quarteira promenade/beach which is home to some popular bars and also restaurants. Just a short drive away is the extremely popular Vilamoura beach. There is lots to explore within walking distance and there are lots of other restaurants, beaches, bars, and amenities within a few minutes’ drive. All in all, a great location.
