Casa Rosie is a lovely 3-bedroom villa in the heart of Vilamoura. The villa is nicely furnished and has a great sized garden area.

The Interior:

The lounge and dining area are nicely decorated in an open plan style and there is a dining table and 6 chairs. The lounge area has a sofa bed, a fireplace, and a TV unit.  The kitchen is spacious and is well equipped with all the necessary appliances and kitchenware.

There is a reserved parking space for the villa right in front of the main door. Free Wi-Fi in all areas. National and International television channels.  There are 3 bedrooms in total. On the ground floor, there are 2 double bedrooms, and one is an ensuite. The other bedroom has use of the shared bathrooms. On the first floor is an ensuite double bedroom.

The Exterior:

Outdoors you can find a nice sunny pool and a great-sized garden area. Pool heating on request for an additional fee. The size of the pool is approx. 8 x 4 meters, surrounded by a terrace and a lawned area right next to the golf course. There are plenty of sun loungers around to relax on, a veranda providing shade for the outdoor dining table, and the charcoal BBQ.

The Location:

Located just minutes from the centre of Vilamoura where you can find restaurants, supermarkets, and nightlife, ideal for families or groups who like to have fun and experience local life (gastronomy, nature, cycling). The marina is a short drive away and is where all the action is with its cosmopolitan restaurants, bars, and amenities. The Marina is the focal point of Vilamoura, with an excellent variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. A few meters from the marina are beautiful white sandy beaches, with excellent bars and restaurants facing the sea. Also, close by is the extremely popular promenade of Quarteira. Right in front of the beach with lots of bars and restaurants.

There are lots of places to explore and things to do within walking distance.  Within a few minutes’ drive, there are lots of other restaurants, beaches, bars, and amenities.
