1st floor – Bedroom with 1 double bed, air conditioning and a private bathroom.
Ground Floor – Bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and a shared bathroom.
Ground Floor – Bedroom with 2 twin beds, a ceiling fan and a shared bathroom.
The villa has an amazing view over the Algarve coast and the exterior is totally enclosed and not overlooked. The swimming pool is 10 meters long by 5 meters wide and with a depth of 1 to 2 meters. Pool heating can be supplied for an additional cost. There is a shaded area with a comfortable dining table and chairs and a practical gas BBQ to cook your al-fresco meals in. Outside the living room there is also a set of outdoor furniture sheltered from the sun and with a great view, as well as on the terrace on the first floor, also with outdoor furniture.
A very quiet area, and with plenty of parking places inside the property.
We would recommend a car here, however, within a short drive you will find everything you need. There are some fabulous restaurants and beaches to explore. Close to the traditional town of Santa Barbara de Nexe and to the historic town of Loule that is full of charm with cobbled streets and tradition. The town also has a fabulous market in the centre and some lovely restaurants.
