This holiday villa with lovely outdoor spaces & comfortable interiors is excellent for holiday goers with larger families. The villa can also accommodate 8 adults and 4 children.

The Interior:

The ground floor is comprised of a double height entrance hall, a lounge, a dining room, and a fully fitted kitchen with large island. Also on this floor is an ensuite bedroom.

The first floor comprises the ensuite master bedroom complete with a private terrace overlooking the poolside terrace, a large shower and freestanding bat. There are also another 2 ensuite bedrooms also on this floor.

The basement is comprised of the spacious games area, with TV area & desk, and a cinema room. The fifth bedroom is also equipped with two bunk beds (suitable for 4 children). There is also a shower room and utility room on this level.

The Exterior:

The property has a lovely pool side terrace which is south facing. Around the pool is also plenty of sunbathing space, seating and a large dining table where you can enjoy some alfresco BBQ’s..

The Location:

Villa Rylie in Quinta do Mar is a 20 minute walk to Praia do Ancão (the well-known beach with the famous ‘2 Passos’ restaurant). The area is surrounded by numerous golf courses and a beautiful nature reserve ‘Ria Formosa’. Quinta Shopping Centre and Vale do Lobo are also within a short drive as are some of the best restaurants in the area. With the beach, restaurants and entertainment in close proximity, All in all this is a fabulous location.
